When we opened in 2007 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one rule: guests are not units of revenue, they are people we have invited home. 19 years later we have 60 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and that rule has not shifted an inch.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong way. Across 19 years we have chosen one and held to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct for what good looks like. That is not something a building can manufacture alone. It comes from people.
